Our Story
CaseMedix was founded by Attorney Craig Perry, who has practiced law for over 35 years. His career began as a defense attorney for insurance companies before he transitioned to representing accident victims exclusively.
The company emerged from a practical need: doctors increasingly faced patients unwilling to hire attorneys, yet struggled obtaining direct payment from auto insurers for these unrepresented cases. Early efforts to secure payment proved "difficult, if not impossible."
A pivotal moment occurred when Perry witnessed a former medical provider client spend six figures in litigation to enforce direct insurance payments, recovering only half after attorney fees. This experience motivated him to develop a solution.
After extensive research, Perry created a system ensuring direct payments to providers from major insurers including State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, and Farmers. The program expanded primarily through word-of-mouth as success accumulated. Growing demand for medical lien management services led to CaseMedix's creation.

Through this portal, providers can track case status in real-time, run reports on their cases, communicate with CaseMedix staff, and obtain updates instantly.
